Hi,

you can get a wide variety of cosmetics from Elf cosmetics, such as eyeliner, lip gloss, lip stick, concealer and many more. they are all very afforable( some even going for less than $1) and has everything that you need for your lips, face and eyes.

For $65, you can get yourself a very comprehensive set of make-up cosmetis from there. You can even ask advice from their online make-up artist for tips on getting the celebrity look that you want!

Currently, they are having New Year promotion where you can get a $5 coupon from here: . Do miss this offer as it only last for one week!

hmmm...i agree since you're younger, you probably want to understate your makeup...A LOT. so stick w/ matte and neutral colors (like brown, beige, gold, etc) which will enhance your features rather than cover them up. if you want to try eyeliner, don't use black or grey. instead, use brown which looks natural. some inexpensive brands that i would use are maybelline and covergirl. however, some products tend to be a bit heavy. a really good mascara is neutrogena weightless volume which was my first mascara! it's really light so you can hardly tell that it's there, and it hardly clumps at all! as for shadow, a good product is maybelline. they have shadows that have three different shades of one color. good luck!
oh, and this site has how-to videos that show how to apply makeup. just click on "how-to videos" after you get to the site.

Neutrogena brands are super-cheap. And they can be found at walmart and i think target.
Alot of their line won't cause your face to dry or break out.

Since you seem to be younger I would reccomend more neutral tones, lots of dusty browns, and brown eyeliner, not black..... (Oh, please, please, please, don't put that god-awful silver eyeshadow on...i beg you.)

Cover Girl and Maybelline aren't expensive and can be bought from Walmart (and other stores like that).

Here are the sites where you can check out the products before you get to the store.
