foundation for pale,dry skin?

- Need a good foundation ranging from £10-25 for dry skin that will leave a flawless look for very pale skin. Tried the dream matte mousse(it sucked),i heard mac was good till i read the bad reviews..is there any good foundation i can purchase in london?? I heard chanel,dior,elizabeth arden and maxfactor(at a low price) were good.

It's what I use and it's the only foundation which is pale enough for my skin tone. Also, because it's a cream and not a powder, it's less likely to dry out your skin, and you'll be able to get a more even finish, which will help to hide any dry areas.

If you have dry skin though, your best option is to use a moisturiser before you apply any make up. Ideally use a moisturiser for young or sensitive skin, because you won't want to use anything too heavy if you're then going to use foundation.
One your moisturiser has soaked in, try using a face primer. This will again help to keep your skin more moisturised, and will prevent it from drying out during the day.
