i have heard about it, but i was wondering how you do it? i have bare escentuals eye shadows and the wet/dry shadow brush.

It is merely a technique where you apply water to your eyeshadow. The amount of water you add to the mix will determine whether the color is darker, or lighter in nature. The wet/dry brush is supposed to ensure that the color goes on evenly.

It will take some practice to get the blending and mixing down the way you want it to come out BUT the benefits are long lasting eyeshadow blended to your perfect color.
