What is the little black tube that comes with 2nd Gen. iPod touch?

There is this little black tube that came with my 2nd generation iPod touch and I dont know what it is. I think it unwraps into something but I'm not sure if I should do that or not.

Anybody with one know what it is?

Take it out of the plastic wrapper. It is a polishing cloth.

Sinusitis is often mistaken as a common cold; whereas, a common cold is a problem of the whole upper respiratory system whilst sinusitis only refers to the inflammation of just the sinuses. Sinusitis is the name given to any inflammation of the sinuses. This can be irritation, inflamed areas or infected areas. Causes:

Occasionally a sinus infection can have a bacterial cause but although that was once what was thought it now appears that bacteria are usually not the cause. It was discovered, after many years of doctors prescribing antibiotics for sinus infections, that they just weren't working. And it's believed now that that is because the sinus infections are not caused by bacteria. Additionally the antibiotics cannot reach the sinuses it's believed because of their location.

Fungus infection is known to cause sinus infection. Fungi are found profusely in our environment but it is harmless to humans as we have a natural resistance to fungi. But you must beware of the common black mold which we may find in our homes. Black mold can only proliferate in moist and damp areas. These are the areas where natural sunlight cannot reach.

When you understand what causes sinus infections and take the proper precautions you should be finding yourself having them less. And if you're getting them or do have one now you may want to consider natural treatment rather than antibiotics or other medications. You can cure or heal yourself.

Some other causes that increase one's susceptibility include changes due to pregnancy, working with children, and smoking. Many smokers suffer from chronic sinusitis. Allergies and reflux disease (GERD) can contribute also. Tooth infections can cause sinusitis and dental work including extractions and root canals can inflame or infect the sinuses, if they are near your sinuses.

Sinus allergy causes, whether it is pollen, animal fur, mold or dust is in most cases within ones sphere of control. Though there is not much that you can do to keep the pollen from coming in with the air, repeatedly cleaning the house often rids it of the other potential causes like mold and dust. Sinusitis can be caused by many things. Viral infections, air pollution, like smoking and exposure to second-hand smoke, and allergies are just some of the elements that increase your chance of having sinusitis.

It must be mentioned here that there are numerous other conditions that can cause Eustachian tube dysfunction including allergies and nasal infections, including the common cold. Otitis-media (middle ear infection), most commonly also an allergy, can also give similar symptoms. It is therefore important that you always consult your doctor to ascertain the exact cause and obtain the appropriate treatment.
