Why don't they sell L'Oreal HIP jelly balm at my CVS?
I went to my CVS recently, and found a vast variety of L'Oreal HIP products. The eyeliners, the creme eye shadows, the regular eye shadows, the lipsticks, the lip glosses, etc. Everything but the HIP jelly balms. They are pretty popular so why weren't they there. I've been to two different CVS's several times but every single time they had everything but the jelly balms. Any ideas why?
