I want to have flawless face using bare Minerals?

I'm 17 Chinese and I have breakouts during my period.I'm planning to buy foundation primer and bareMinerals Mineral Veil from the Bare Escentuals. I have maybellin foundation powder so I think I should finish it first before buying from Bare Escentuals. My question is should I still buy Mineral Veil? I want to have flawless look and my face is oily type.Please give me some advice.Thank you

i personally only use bare minerals foundation cause I have break outs and the only thing that didn't break me out was this, now the mineral veil has no color it is sheer even if you buy the tinted one so you would need the foundation and finish off with the mineral veil, as for a primer they always break me out too, the best one is murad mattefier for oily skin it works wonders you would be so surprised how good this works for oily skin. hope I helped
