can u apply eye liner using a flat brush and a dark eyeshadow?? i heard that somewhere?

Yes, that's what I do! I buy an eyeshadow called "Carbon" from MAC cosmetics and a thin brush they sell there too and just simply apply it along my eye line! It's great and lasts a long time! They sell it at Macy's! I totally recommend it! Good Luck!
