What is kohl eyeliner? How is it different from regular black eyeliner?
I think kohl liner looks beautiful, and slightly different than black eyeliner. What makes kohl liners different exactly? Is it true that kohl liners smudge more easily than regular eyeliner? Are there any drugstore versions of this that you would recommend?
They are made of different ingredients, they're made to smudge easily so you won't tug at your eye to mutch when trying to smudge like you do with regular eyeliners. Also they tend to have more nourishing ingredients. That's pretty much why people use them to get the smokey eye kind of look. Rimmel has a really good version of it.
