Let me first tell you that applying makeup while driving is not the best thing to do as you can get easily distracted especially if you are on a faced paced highway. But the truth is that a woman needs to once in a while indulge in this activity to step out looking her best. So let us take a quick glance at the safest way of applying makeup while driving without crashing into the car right in front of you.

The first thing that you need to do for this is to keep all the necessary items at hand in a makeup bag on the seat next to you. It is also helpful to stack brushes and applicators together in a pocket of the bag so that you do not have to take your eyes away from the road to find them. It is best to apply the moisturizer, concealer and foundation at home itself as it is quite difficult to apply these with your hands on the steering. Restrict applying makeup while driving to your eyes, cheeks and lips.

It can get a little tricky to apply eye shadow as it requires you to close your eyes for a few seconds; hence it is best done when you stop at a signal or when you are in heavy traffic that you are just inching. Apply a beige eye base and then put on the eye shadow; pause between steps and also give time between each eye so that your concentration still remains on the road and not on your makeup.

I wouldn't really suggest putting on eye liner and mascara while driving as it is quite dangerous; you could do this once you have parked your vehicle. Lips are easy especially if you skip the liner step; dab on the lip color and blend well by rubbing both your lips together and apply balm which often comes in a tube. Applying makeup while driving can get a little tricky but if you take care of the basics, you can cheat time and still step out looking the best.
