How to cover and get rid of acne?

i just started breaking out all over my forehead and on my cheeks. How can i get rid of them and how can i cover it using mineral foundation? Im not really good at sticking with a facial routine so something super easy would be appreciated. thanks oh and btw i have combination/oily skin.
