what is a good face powder?

it can be loose or pressed powder. (no bare minerals, sheer cover, etc)

Make up?????Healthy?

I bought this make up the other day. So well the thing is i dont have any idea how to wear it. I have two products Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Powder Foundation(Natural Beige) I also have Neutrogena Healthy Skin Pressed Powder (Medium). Help please thank you. btw im 14.

very simple
wash your face
tone it
moisturizer it
and then powder up the foundaiton =) use a brush or the brush that it comes with
i'd recommend using a bigger makeup brush =) b/c the one that usually comes with the container are usually very very rough on your skin LOL
after you blend it in on your skin in circular motion
now brush on the pressed powder
that's all =)
