I want to have flawless face using bare Minerals?

I'm 17 Chinese and I have breakouts during my period.I'm planning to buy foundation primer and bareMinerals Mineral Veil from the Bare Escentuals. I have maybellin foundation powder so I think I should finish it first before buying from Bare Escentuals. My question is should I still buy Mineral Veil? I want to have flawless look and my face is oily type.Please give me some advice.Thank you

i personally only use bare minerals foundation cause I have break outs and the only thing that didn't break me out was this, now the mineral veil has no color it is sheer even if you buy the tinted one so you would need the foundation and finish off with the mineral veil, as for a primer they always break me out too, the best one is murad mattefier for oily skin it works wonders you would be so surprised how good this works for oily skin. hope I helped

I am kind of fair with yellow (or golden) undertones, so it sounds like we are the same. You would be Light. Is that one of the choices? If it is only Fairly Light or Medium Beige, than go for Medium Beige.

Fairly Light is for the lightest of light, fair skinned with pink undertones. It will be too light, while Medium Beige will be forgiving and not too dark. (In fact, I alternate between Light and Medium Beige.)

People with acne have sensitive skin. People using Accutane and Retin A have even more sensitive skin. I have been battling cystic acne since my teens. Trust me, I Know! I had my first dermabrasion when I was in my late twenties, and I have had several acne scar laser treatments since then. My dermatologist back in Connecticut is a big fan of Exuviance products. I started using the restorative cream when I was on Accutane the first time in the 1980's.

If you are a Retin-A user, or an Accutane user, or both, this product is an amazing moisturizer for that extra dryness that is an unpleasant side effect of both acne treatments.

The concealer is a bonus. It's not a miracle mask, but it tones down redness very nicely. Anyone with bad skin knows that less is better. The more stuff you pile on, the worse your skin looks. Because the concealer does not sit on top of your skin, it looks way better!

Another option for "good makeup" is with the new mineral foundation that is so popular. I found that Raw Minerals Makeup worked best for me because of their colors. I have also used Bare Escentual Minerals Makeup and have found it very light and covers nicely as well. What is good about the mineral foundation is that it is light and not cakey, so it doesn't make your skin stand out when you really want to hide it.

It will for a few hours and then will make you look super greasy and shiny accentuating acne. Stay away from Bare escentuals- Bare Minerals (yes they are the same). They use a very cheap mineral called Bismuth oxychloride which is known to cause skin irritation, redness, rash, itching and acne. It will also wear off in a few hours and as I said it looks VERY shiny especially on oily skin. They also use cheap fillers like cornstarch and use chemical preservatives. I recomend Faerie Organic Minerals they cover acne really well (they have an amazing concealer that stays put) and due to a very expensive mineral they use called BORON NITRIDE (which is antibacterial and a skin perfector) it will help heal acne and your face will get better day by day while wearing it. They are all NATURAL and do not use cheap fillers. So many of my friends and family have switched from Bare Escentuals to Faerie Organic as they really beat bare by miles. They are also far more affordable so you can't go wrong. They have a free sample kit that you can try first (you just pay shipping like $5.99) and since you are trying to conceal acne I highly recommend their acne kit as well. I use it everyday. My face was pretty bad, I used everything in the past proactive,murad, rodan and fields, mary kay, drugstore brands etc.. nothing has worked like this. My face looks amazing. Heres the scoop. I am a professional makeup artist and skin care specialist. I deal with many high end events such as weddings, photo shoots etc... My answer to BARE ESCENTUALS would be NO. Do not buy it. I have used bare escentuals in the past on my clientele. It was an ok product but there was many problems. 1) I had many complaints of facial irritation including an uncontrollable *itchy dry feeling that made people want to scratch their face. This is caused by a cheaper filler bare escentuals uses called Bismuth Oxychloride. You can google "bare escentuals Bismuth oxychloride itch" and find pages and pages of people who had irritation and breakouts from using it. 2) It dosen't last very long and due to the bismuth oxychloride (which is a pearlizer-makes the product shiny) you get GREASY looking fast. Don't go with drug store brands, I have years of experience dealing with chemicals and what a lot of people do NOT know is often the reasons they are breaking out is from the very products they are using. There are NO regulations on beauty and skincare items and they load them with harmful chemicals that can cause acne, itching, rashes etc... Especially the big brands like Loreal, Maybelline, Revlon etc... They spend pennies on whats in the product and the big money on the advertising. Don't believe me? you could just get a brush from boots, i use ms make-up brushes with my mineral make-up and they work great. you can get them from about £10. mac brushes are also great but a little pricey.

alternatively, you could just get the brush and foundation set. qvc sell it for £39.76 but postage is £2.95 so altogether it will come to £42.71 which is slightly over your budget.
